The Suzuki Experience & My Studio
Cello & Violin
At my studio in Royal Palm Beach, I believe that every individual has the ability to learn an instrument and that music is a language nurtured through a community of support. Specializing in the Suzuki Method, I welcome students of all ages—sometimes beginning as young as three—into a curriculum that mirrors the way children learn language: through listening, repetition, and encouragement.

Playcelloplay's name reflects a core belief: mastering an instrument requires dedication and practice and the process should be a source of joy. I believe that playing an instrument technical skills and creative ways of practicing. By creating a supportive and engaging environment, I help students navigate the commitment of musical study while never losing sight of the fun, wonder, and excitement that comes with making music.

With over 20 years of experience as a music educator, I am proud to offer violin instruction alongside my cello studio. Violin lessons focus on the beginning to intermediate stages prioritizing core fundamentals. Whether a student is picking up the violin for the first time or looking to refine their skills, we focus on developing effortless posture, a beautiful tone, and confident music reading. By applying the same inclusive, Suzuki-inspired principles used in my cello studio, I help violinists build a technical 'toolbox' that serves them for a lifetime of musical enjoyment.
My teaching practice is deeply rooted in inclusivity; I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent learners, ensuring that every student’s unique needs are met with patience and adapted strategies. Together with parents, we can create a joyful, structured environment where students learn to play, develop confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of music.
